Terms of Service

  • Lavish Linens Laundry Care provides pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services. By scheduling a service, the client agrees to all policies outlined below.

  •    •    Full payment is required before services are rendered.

        •    Invoices are sent electronically and must be paid to confirm booking.

        •    Unpaid orders will not be scheduled or serviced.

  •     •    Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours.

        •    Turnaround times may vary based on volume, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

        •    Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

  •     •    Clients must ensure laundry is ready at the scheduled pickup time.

        •    Lavish Linens is not responsible for missed pickups due to client unavailability.

        •    A missed pickup may result in a rescheduling fee.

  • Clients are responsible for:

        •    Checking all pockets before pickup

        •    Notifying us of delicate or special-care items

        •    Ensuring items are suitable for standard wash and dry services

    Lavish Linens is not responsible for items left in pockets (money, pens, etc.).

  • Lavish Linens reserves the right to refuse service for:

        •    Heavily soiled or contaminated items

        •    Items with strong odors, mold, or biohazards

        •    Items requiring dry cleaning or special treatment

  •     •    Stain removal is not guaranteed

        •    Shrinkage, color bleeding, or wear may occur with normal washing

        •    Items without care labels will be processed at the client’s risk

  • Lavish Linens Laundry Care reserves the right to update policies at any time. Clients will be subject to the most current version posted on the website.

Liability & Refund Policy

  • While we take great care in handling all items, Lavish Linens Laundry Care is not responsible for:

        •    Pre-existing damage

        •    Weak or worn fabrics

        •    Normal wear and tear

        •    Color bleeding or shrinkage during washing

    If an item is damaged due to negligence, reimbursement will be considered based on:

        •    Fair market value

        •    Age and condition of the item

  •  •    Any missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

        •    After 24 hours, Lavish Linens is not responsible for lost items.

  •     •    Stain removal is not guaranteed.

        •    Some stains and odors may be permanent despite proper treatment.

  •     •    No refunds will be issued after services are completed.

        •    If a concern arises, it must be reported within 24 hours.

        •    Approved issues may be resolved with:

        •    Re-service of items

        •    Store credit (at company discretion)

  •     •    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

        •    Missed pickups or last-minute cancellations may result in a $15 fee.
